The story
It all starts with an observation for a specialized company, then a question of how to succeed in supporting communities in a structured way in the countries where it already operates. In focus: charitable status, allowing a Canadian organization to deploy its mission and promote the impact of its activities, prepare the next generation and offer a professional future. The starting point: differentiate the company’s activities and focus on the organization of founding elements, and a vision that meets the criteria that charitable status imposes.
This requires the leaders of the organization in place: administrators, members and directors, to project themselves into a specific model and an identity specific to the non-profit organization, a new chapter for NEFTIS and the combination of expertise, both in the consultants recruited and in the activation of our services was the preferred roadmap.
