The Story
Implementing the policy of a national capital for the development of the well-being of citizens logically involves a non-profit organization. Therefore, it must delve into its organizational structure, understand its challenges and define the different stages of its development.
Organizing and identifying short-term objectives is an essential basis, thus making it possible to better distribute those in the medium and longer term.
