In a few months, the creation of the collective was initiated in order to engage in the planting of trees and thus position itself in the face of the various issues related to climate change and biodiversity. Under the impetus of two major cities that financially support the project, the challenge is to enable the development of an autonomous social economy enterprise.

The Story
Implementing the policy of a national capital for the development of the well-being of citizens logically involves a non-profit organization. Therefore, it must delve into its organizational structure, understand its challenges and define the different stages of its development. Organizing and identifying short-term objectives is an essential basis, thus making it possible to better distribute those in the medium and longer term. NEFTIS’s experience is an asset in advising the organization’s manager from the early stages on the relevance of certain choices and the implementation of key phases.
NEFTIS worked with the organization and its leader to design the best approach based on a seasonal calendar, and allow the leader to gradually take stock and scope of the project.
