Imagining and creating an event from scratch is always special. When it involves a Ministry, an institution and an organization, the challenge is stimulating and allows for tailor-made project management. NEFTIS took particular care in preparing this project, and deployed its expertise in creating new events in order to make it structured from the first edition.

The story
The pandemic has delayed this idea supported by an organization, but the subject of disability represents an asset to meet the need for labor in different sectors of industry. Offering a week of immersion in a company to people with disabilities is a real opportunity for managers, as well as to familiarize their teams with these individuals with unsuspected abilities. The starting point: establish an identity representing the collaboration of 3 partner and complementary entities in order to define a clear basis for deploying the communication axes on different platforms, as well as federating all the actors concerned.
Thanks to project experience acquired over two decades, the establishment of the fundamentals resulted in the creation of a brand identity by an artistic director, the development of a web page by a service provider capable of integrating security elements for scalable platform management.
Anticipation
Having worked well in advance of the official launch by the Ministry made it possible, first of all, to respond with a set of details to all the requests from the various stakeholders, to be able to ensure efficient management of participant registration, and to be able to ensure data transfers if necessary.
Complementarity
Ensuring the reach of an event means ensuring the creation of multiple supports: press releases, user guides, forms, event reports, photos and finally a video testimonial from a participating company.
The Results
The specifications defined from the outset allowed the three organizing organizations to follow a clear roadmap, as well as to offer solid benchmarks for all targets: companies and trainee participants, and to live an experience causing good consequences.
The event was thus able to be set up for stakeholders with limited resources in terms of time and skills. NEFTIS thus acted in an integrated manner, acting on different aspects, both technical and creative, and ensuring orchestration and coordination with a specially constituted team.
The impact of the testimonial video represents an achievement, but is also strategic since it integrates all the elements that were developed and allowed the Ministry to distribute it in its overall communication, and the company concerned to distribute it within its various service points in Canada.
